The accommodation is all on the ground floor,  has gas central heating for all round letting and consists of a kitchen/diner  equipped with free standing gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.  High chair available if required.  Separate lounge sitting room with bed settee and free to view television and a large range of books.

There is a double bedroom plus twin bedroom and we can also provide a cot and put up bed for infants at no extra cost.  The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C..

The owners live on site but the gite has sole use of the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, which is fenced in for security reasons, and garden furniture and sun loungers are available.  There is ample car parking space or garage if required.
