La Faye is a small village situated in the commune of Bussiere Dunoise approximately 10 kms from the N145. Bussiere Dunoise has a Post Office, Pharmacy, Baker, Butcher, a Bar and restaurant, but for more major shopping Gueret is only 20 km and has most amenities including a market on Thursdays and Saturdays. This is the ideal setting for families looking for tranquillity, comfort, friendly neighbours and lots of local activities. For the more energetic there are plenty of lakes nearby for swimming in, and also many historic monuments to visit, including chateaux and museums. |

This spacious house and gardens are totally enclosed giving a safe and secure environment for families with children. The house is centrally heated for all year round use and has been restored to a high standard, keeping traditional stonework and beams. |

On entering the front door you come into the large kitchen dining area which has a wonderful fireplace with wood burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen has large electric double oven and gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave and enough crockery and seating for up to 10. There is access to a utility area with a washing machine and beer fridge. There is a spacious lounge area with another wood burning stove and 2 x 2 seater sofas and 1 x 3 seater sofa, C.D. system and English television with free to view channels giving BBC 1,2 and radio, ITV and Channel 4 and 5 |

From the lounge a door leads to the newly converted part with small sitting area giving access to a ground floor twin bedroom with plenty of storage shelves and walk in wardrobes and stairs which lead up to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a separate shower room with shower cubicle, W.C. and wash hand basin. Stairs in the kitchen/dining area lead up to a large mezzanine area and spacious twin bed room with hanging space and storage shelves, a separate toilet with wash hand basin and very spacious family bathroom with corner bath and twin wash hand basins. Another flight of stairs gives access to another mezzanine area and a fourth large double bedroom with drawers and shelves.

The location of the House is 35 mins drive from the A20 (Orleans to Toulouse) you will need to exit at junction 23 heading towards Gueret. |
