Les Marronniers’ Near Crozant is set in 7 acres with panoramic views over our own valley. Situated on the edge of a pretty hamlet within 10 minutes from local shops, restaurants and bars. The nearby town of Crozant made famous by Monet boasts spectacular views of the rivers the Creuse and Sedelle. Lake Chambon with it’s numerous beaches, water sports, canoeing, fishing and lakeside restaurants and bars is only 10 minutes. There is a large equestrian centre within 10 minutes open to the public. A walking and cycling paradise along the riversides and through beautiful woodland where nature is pretty much undisturbed.
The 11 x 5 metre pool with Roman Steps and built in Jacuzzi was completed in June 2004 and is surrounded by a spacious lawn area. |

The Farmhouse will comfortably sleep 8/10 people and consists of 4 double bedrooms (one on the ground floor) two bathrooms, dining room, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and two caves for storing that all important wine to enjoy on the sun terrace. The house is fully equipped for all year round accommodation. |

Bed Linen is provided free of charge if required. We also provide BBQ’s, Mountain Bikes, Trampoline, pool and garden furniture. |
