The Domaine de Peyrafort is a beautiful C16th Manor House which nestles within 6 acres of garden & parkland high up on the Peyrafort Hill on the outskirts of Tulle. The House has been undergoing sympathetic renovation since 2004 with a completion date of Spring 2007.
An oak & lime tree driveway leads you to the House which is historically linked to the Roman site of Tintignac, Naves, the chapel of St. Clair, Tulle and boasts one of its previous owners as Antoine Fortier, Seigneur de Peyrafort and former aid to King Louis XVI.
There are now 2 chambre d’hote rooms available, offering full en suite facilities and considerately priced due to the ongoing restoration.
Enjoy your breakfast in the splendid Salle a Manger and relax in front of the huge open fireplace under the oak beamed ceiling.
Feel free to stroll within the parkland and gardens and relax outside on the terrace and watch the world go by. |

|
The Antoine Fortier room is a beautiful and more formal room with stunning views over the grounds including ‘theLittle Oak Wood’. A lovely room with a luxurious feel, especially in the thermo jet spa shower.
