The lounge consists of two large sofas where you can comfortably relax in the evening. There is a colour TV with a free-to-view digi box, enabling you to pick up the BBC & ITV channels. A DVD player as well as a mini HI-FI is also available for use.

 The dining room, off from the kitchen comprises an old oak table and chairs capable of seating six people. The dining room is open straight through to the back of the house into the lounge area.

The kitchen has exposed timbers and an old stone fireplace. Here you will find a wood burner for those chilly evenings. Everything else about this is modern, new and up to date. The kitchen includes a combined gas/electric cooker/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. There is also a small breakfast table.

Master Bedroom: This large, light and airy bedroom overlooks the front of the house with views across the distant wooded valley. The furniture includes a king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirrors.

 Second Bedroom: This bedroom also overlooks the front garden. It has twin beds, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

 Mez zan ine: At the top of the stairs there is a large landing area which has a small window overlooking the rear of the house. There is a double sofa bed here together with a lamp table and storage cupboard.

 The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. There is plenty of storage for towels and a shaver point.

Cot and high chair can be provided if needed.

Outside

In the front garden, laid mainly to lawns and shrubs, you will find the patio furniture. A barbeque is provided for those long, lazy, sultry evenings. There is plenty of parking space at the front of the house.
There is also ample space at the rear of the property to sit and catch the late evening sun.

The barn at the side of the house has a 7 x 4 foot snooker & pool table and a dart board. There are also two sun lounges for you to make use of. The barn is large enough for temporary storage for people requiring longer term lets.
