Fishery Description
A very tranquil fishing venue set in its owne secluded 12-acre parkland, which is surrounded by beautiful countryside and forests.
This 4.5 acre lake is fed by 4 freshwater springs of which 2 are constant all year. There is an island that is full of trees. Around the margins are different types of reeds including yellow Iris and also presend are small beds of watercress. Between the swims on the grass banks are various types of trees, these are Alders and Silver Birch with some Willows and Oak. The lake bottom varies from a clean course gravel to silt.

There is a self contained cottage on the site that has been totally renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each room) and a kitchen/diner with a sofa that can adapt to a double bed. There is a shower room and a separate toilet with sink for sole use of anglers and guests. |
