A living/ dining room has 2 settees, one of which is a bed settee.
As french is spoken, any translation or assistance with that " Place in the Sun " can be given. I also work with a local estate agent and can arrange viewings for you.

Outside has lots of land. As well as the extensive vegetable garden and area for our animals ( 16 chickens, 2 geese and a rabbit - soon to have babies ) there is an orchard with a hazelnut tree, quince, plum, apple, peach and cherry trees.We also have a friendly black Labrador and 2 cats.

There are other areas of land left natural for playing, pitching a tent or to put a campervan or caravan on.

Located near to the house is a brick-built barbecue in the shade of an enormous walnut tree and a summerhouse which is equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas cooker, sink and crockery, cutlery etc.

A children's play area is also to be found here, with a swing, seesaw and sandpit.

In the summer months we inflate a swimming pool which is excellent for the children to play in and adults to cool down in, which can be covered by a gazebo for shade.

For the occasions when the weather is inclement, we have converted an old lorry into a children's den.

We have plenty of videos, DVD's, books, toys and games for everyone's amusement. You will have access to art and craft materials as well.

Because we are a smallholding, we will be close by to give any assistance, but your privacy is important.
