On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms - 1 double plus single, another doube and one twin and a family bathroom with bath (shower over) wash hand basin and separate toilet.

There is a door leading onto a balcony which is south facing, an outside toilet and stairs leading down to the garden and terrace where there is a B.B.Q., sun loungers, garden chairs and table and chairs.
