4 Bedroom Gite offering accommodation on the ground floor for those with limited mobility. The accommodation consists of a large lounge dining area with a small well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with grill and microwave. The lounge has 2 settees, T.V. with free to view satellite, DVD player, and the dining area has a table and chairs for 6. There is a groundfloor bathroom with W.C. and a double bedroom which is suitable for the disabled having ramps where needed and hand rails in the bathroom (Disability aids available - Please enquire). |

Upstairs there is another double bedroom plus2 single bedrooms and separate W.C. with wash hand basin. |

There is a garden area with barbeque and garden furniture. Use of a washing machine in the barn next door. Electric Panel heaters and log burner for the winter months, with an initial basket of logs. The area is a quiet rural one but with plenty of places within easy reach. There is a 18 hole golf course a few miles away and plenty of lakes for the fisherman. There is a Spa Town specialising in the treatment of rheumatics about 30 mins drive. The local market town is 3 miles with an excellent market on Thursdays.
